- Access to digital content is considered as “used” once granted

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

- Payment deducted but course access not granted

4. Refund Process (For Eligible Cases Only)

- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be canceled once the payment is successfully completed
- Since digital access is granted instantly, cancellation is not applicable
6. Chargebacks
We strongly discourage chargebacks.
If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us:
- Your account may be suspended
- Access to all courses may be revoked permanently
